		<description>How can you say PR has no effect on SERPs? It's what the Google algo was built around? Admittedly, PR has become less important recently but it still pays a huge role.

Answer me this? You have a site and so does your competitor. You both have the same amount and the same type of cached content. You both have the same amount of links but your competitors links are all a higher PR. Who will have the higher SERP?</description>
